- To be conscious of my issues and how to get rid of blind spots that affect my relationships
- To create a safe place (container) for me to reveal myself
- Stages of group process and group development
- Questions that facilitate and questions that block a person's process
- Power of yin and yang energies, and the difference between principle and process
- How to work with silence and why silence is important
- Space for humor and joy as well as pain, anger and "big" emotions
- Telling my truth and being accepting of others when they speak their truth

FT Class of 2004
All classes and groups meet once per month for 9 months, from May to September. Plus, additional opportunities are offered throughout the year to enhance the learning process.
Personal Growth As Well As Training
Many people have no desire to become a professional facilitator. Rather, they use Facilitator Training (FT) for personal growth and to connect with a supportive community. Some begin life-long friendships in FT. The FT courses and groups are a valuable experience for learning skills that support every phase of life ... where people just like you are their most real and authentic self.
