OVERVIEW
DEEPWATER LLC is a Colorado-based organization that supports personal growth. Classes and groups presented by Deepwater LLC are designed to:
- Teach and promote facilitation skills in groups and individuals

- Promote harmony and balance as opposed to solidarity and competition
- Encourage self-exploration
- Support diversity and creativity
- Reconnect with inner power and wisdom
INTENTION
It is the aim and intent of Deepwater and those who practice facilitation under its auspices to:
- Facilitate with proficiency
- Lead courageously
- Serve others with integrity
- Practice empathy, inclusion and humility
- Allow change to occur as a natural Universal Principle
- Expect and embrace imperfection in the human self
- Take responsibility for on-going personal and professional growth
- Live consciously as a spiritual and physical being
- Maintain a daily connection with a Higher Universal Power through silence, meditation and/or prayer
- Foster a community of like-minded individuals

- Experienced with groups of 25 or fewer
Facilitator Training Program
- Introductory Class — Foundational skills
- Comprehensive Class — Advanced skills building, Group and Leadership training, and Process Group
Facilitators, therapists, helpers and healers support groups
- Women only — Friday mornings
- Co-ed — Thursday evenings
